Rutte about MH17-Speech Timmermans: ‘Exactly what was needed to put Russia under pressure’

In the documentary Who Downed MH17 we see how Bellingcat founder Eliot Higgins, together with fellow researchers from all over the world, is researching what happened to MH17 with open sources. The disaster with the passenger plane containing 298 passengers shocked the whole world in 2014. In the documentary, former Prime Minister Rutte also looks back on the much -discussed speech by Frans Timmermans (then Minister of Foreign Affairs) for the UN Security Council: “That was exactly what we needed.”
