Russia has already prepared sanctions against the West, said the chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko. This will not be a mirror answer. The blow will be directed to weak spots.
“We have also prepared a whole package, a whole series of possible sanctions to apply them against those states that have announced sanctions against Russia. The West also has many sensitive spots,” Matviyenko added.
The Chairman of the Federation Council emphasized that retaliatory sanctions would not harm Russia. The Government of the Russian Federation has already prepared all safety mechanisms.
As for social guarantees to the Russians, they will be strictly implemented, Matviyenko specified.
Recall that on February 24, the United States and Great Britain imposed sanctions against Russia. Russian banks, as well as large companies, including defense ones, were subject to restrictions.
