The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Igor Konashenkov, said that the Ukrainian special services plan to blow up a storage facility in the city of Pervomaisky, Kharkiv region, where 120 tons of chlorine are located.

According to Konashenkov, “the SBU is preparing a major provocation on the territory of the Khimprom production association. “This repository is planned to be blown up to accuse Russia of allegedly creating a chemical disaster that caused the death of local residents,” he said.
