Russian athletes are allowed to participate in the FISA universiads in July, but with limited methods. Russian swimmers and representatives of the skill team must not appear in the universiads in July in front of the media. The competitions will be held from 16 to 27. July in Germany. The organizer is the International Student Sports Association Fisu.
