Russia intercepts shoe soles containing explosives for soldiers, Ukraine accused of sabotage

The Russian security service FSB has intercepted a shipment of more than five hundred shoe soles intended for soldiers. The soles contained explosives that were powerful enough ‘to blow away the feet and legs of soldiers’. Moscow accuses Ukraine of the sabotage action.
