Russia arrests Uzbek man (29) for murder of top general in Moscow: “Suspect would receive $100,000”

A man has been arrested in Moscow for the murder of Russian General Igor Kirillov. It concerns an Uzbek who says he has been recruited by the Ukrainian intelligence services (SBU). Russia has also launched an intensive counter-offensive in Kursk, the region partly occupied by Ukrainian troops, says the commander of the Ukrainian army.
