Error
The tragic news was also an item in the Luuk Ikink show last night RTL Boulevardbut that item was full of errors. “Remarkable how Boulevard beat the death of Diogo Jota. Not at all des boulevards and error on error. How is that possible?”, Says Tina Nijkamp TV authority.
She lists on her analysis canal On: “There was a photo of another André Silva in the item instead of the photo of Jota’s brother. And Nathan Aké does not play at Liverpool but at Manchester City.”
Very short
Luuks TV show also had very little attention for it, says Tina. “It was only very late in the broadcast, wasn’t an opening. Was not strange. Was such big news today. And where was Fatima de Moreiro Melo (meant Fatima Moreira de Melo, ed.)? It was now a very short subject.”
She continues: “It does not often happen that Boulevard makes a number of mistakes within one subject. And then also with such a sensitive subject. And really remarkable that it was not the opening.”
Rectification
RTL Boulevard went through the dust. The show section reports on the website: “In the broadcast of RTL Boulevard (…), unfortunately, a mistake was made. Not by mistake the photo of the brother of Diogo Jota was shown, but that of another football player with the same name, André Silva.”
“In addition, in the conversation in the studio two clubs were unintentionally confused: Liverpool and Manchester City. This caused confusion and we acknowledge this error.”
