Today the Ter Duinen holiday and recovery center received a high visit. King Philippe and Queen Mathilde were the guests of honor during the celebration of the fortieth anniversary of the center, which offers holidays for the chronically ill.
The royal couple arrived around 10 a.m. and first received a brief explanation about the operation of the center. Ter Duinen is also the permanent home of Samana, the former Ziekenzorg, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
