Roxeanne Hazes must report to the court in October | show

Rachel Hazes believes that her interests were not properly represented after she had a breakdown and she gave people a power of attorney in 2016 to act on her behalf. At the beginning of June, the judge decided that only three witnesses, including daughter Roxeanne, should be heard about the payment of a bill of 24,000 euros for a coaching program. The rest of the request was rejected because Hazes would have no interest in it.

Whether Roxeanne will actually appear in court remains to be seen. Earlier, the 29-year-old singer indicated that she will not appear in court to explain the case. “Being heard as a witness in this case would mean discrediting my mother because what I testify will only further damage my mother’s reputation,” Roxeanne said in early June. ,,I do not do that. Legally speaking, this is called a right of nondisclosure. I will therefore rely on that.”
