BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) – Air traffic at Brussels Airport has been temporarily suspended due to a drone sighting. In the evening, temporarily no planes took off or landed for safety reasons.
The drone was reported shortly before 8 p.m. over the airport grounds in the northeast of the Belgian capital, the Belga news agency reported, citing a spokesman for the Belgian air traffic control and transport service provider Skeyes.
