Rotterdam is fed up with the noise makers at De Meent. During sunny days, many people drive through the streets with their cars and motorcycles, causing a lot of nuisance and noise. The municipality wants to tackle this by using a speed camera that flashes sound, cars that produce more than 80 decibels are registered. Reporter Hein Keijser went to the street in Rotterdam to see how residents view this new way of flashing.
