Servicemen of the Russian Guard discovered and defused an improvised explosive device at the place where humanitarian aid was given to civilians in one of the settlements of the Kiev region, RBC was told in the press service of the Russian Guard.
The area where the explosive device was located was cordoned off, residents from nearby buildings were evacuated.
“The sappers of the Russian Guard established that the improvised explosive device was made from 152-mm artillery ammunition. The dangerous find was neutralized, ”the press service said. They said that the attack was prepared by “militants of the nationalist formations of Ukraine.”
