For the time being, the Public Prosecution Service (OM) may not handle more types of cases themselves through a penalty decision, which passes the judge with offenses on which a maximum of six years in prison has been imprisoned by imposing a fine or community service sentence. The OM itself wants to use that authority ‘optimally’, but the House of Representatives first wants to wait for the results of current investigations before further expansion is discussable.
