Manuela Giugliano’s brace gave the Giallorossi the Scudetto with two days to spare
The sky above the Tre Fontane is once again tinged with yellow and red: in front of over 2,000 cheering spectators, Roma Femminile became Italian champions for the third time in their history (third tricolor in the last four years). A triumphal success that bears the signature of Manuela Giugliano: the number ten and driving force of the Lupacchiotte literally dominated the match against Ternana, scoring a brace for the final 2-0. Thanks to this victory, the Giallorossi close the games with two days to spare, certifying absolute domination in Serie A Women and definitively breaking away from battleships such as Inter and Juventus. Coach Rossettini, who thus brings home his first trophy, is now chasing the double with the Italian Cup final against Juventus scheduled for May 24th.
