Earlier, a video of a speech by Patriarch Kirill at parliamentary meetings was circulated on the network, in which the phrase “The screen shows the unstoppable growth of the bitcoin rate against the dollar” is taken out of context. The voice-over claims that the patriarch calls on Russians to invest in cryptocurrencies and modern technologies for the rapid growth of the country’s economy. This is followed by an announcement that the patriarch will hold a service at which he will bless the traders for their activities.
