Robbery at liquor store in South, police are investigating | NOW

A liquor store on Amstelveenseweg in South was robbed on Monday evening. The robber managed to get away with some cash.

The robbery happened around 6:15 p.m. A man entered the store and threatened staff present. He then ran off with a sum of money.

The man is believed to have fled on a scooter. No one was injured. The police have the matter under investigation.
