Mossos agents arrested three people allegedly involveds in a drug assault on a home in the municipality of Cabra del Camp (Alt Camp, Tarragona). Crimes of robbery with violence and injuries are attributed to them. The agents also arrested the two inhabitants of the house for possession of drugs. The investigation remains open aimed at locating and arresting to the rest of the group members who participated in the events.
The events occurred on September 30 at around one in the morning when, through the 112 emergency telephone number, a notice was received of an incident at a home of the Urbanization Mar d’El Plata from the town of the Alt Camp region. On the other hand, an alarm company informed the Mossos d’Esquadra the activation of the alarm for a robbery with a firearm at the same address.
Arriving a few minutes later, the police crew observed a van stopped in an area near the home, identifying the three people who were inside. While a patrol guarded this group, another made checks at the affected address.
At this point, the investigators from the Tarragona Criminal Investigation Area were activated and also traveled to the scene.
Violent assault and with firearms, in search of marijuana
Inside the home there were two people who observed how a group of men they accessed their farm by jumping the outer wallThey arrived at the door of the home and began to hit it with a blunt object until they managed to gain access.
Once inside, one of the assailants, brandishing a shotgun, hit one of the two people with the butt of the gun that were inside. At the same time, the group entered one of the rooms and took an undetermined amount of marijuana that was in the drying process, prior to its distribution.
Once the Mossos verified the infrastructure of the house, and the existence of marijuana for trafficking, the two people who were in the home were arrested.
At the same time, checks were carried out with the vehicle parked, or traces of marijuana buds, one of the mobile phones of one of the residents in the robbed house and a mallet allegedly used to break down the door. For this reason, the three men who were in the van were also arrested.

The investigation is still open and more arrests are not ruled out.
