A jeweler at Besterdring in Tilburg became the victim of an armed robbery on Wednesday afternoon. One of the two perpetrators was arrested within ten minutes, the other is still missing.
That happened at the Goudcentrum jeweler. Two men smashed the windows there to take loot. After the robbery, they fled in a blue Audi with an English license plate. The police caught one of the men within ten minutes.
The second suspect is still missing. The police searched for the co-perpetrator for a while near the Tilburg Wandelbos, but without success. The search has now been stopped, but the description is still pending.
A number of cars in Tilburg-West may have been damaged during the chase. The police say that if this applies to someone, the owners can report it.
