In several French cities, it is again restless this night due to protests after the death of Nahel, the 17-year-old boy who was shot dead by a police officer on Tuesday. As the night before, in cities across the country, cars, police stations and town halls were torched and shops looted by angry mobs. According to the Ministry of the Interior, a total of 421 people have already been arrested, including 242 in Paris and the surrounding area. The officer who shot Nahel at close range has since apologized to the boy’s family through his lawyer.
