Rijk Hofman makes a pretty spicy joke about the attempted murder of his brother Tim Hofman. Some people can laugh about it, but others think it goes too far: “This is not very nice.”
Tim Hofman has been quite absent from social media lately. Today the reason for this became public: a month ago a man entered the BNNVARA building with a firearm with the intention of killing him. The suspect was eventually taken into custody by the police, but there was a lot of fear.

Countless expressions of support are coming in InstagramTim’s page, but his brother Rijk Hofman (photo: middle) does not participate. Under the headline ‘BNNVARA: armed man wanted to kill Tim Hofman’ he makes a spicy joke: “Just give me my clothes back.”
The joke is that Rijk would be the armed man and came to collect his clothes. There are people who laugh at it, but there are also people who think it goes too far. “It’s really not possible,” they say. And: “This is not very nice.”
