A car and a tram collided in Prenzlauer Berg on Wednesday evening. Two people were slightly injured.

The accident occurred in the evening on Wisbyer Strasse. There a VW Golf had given way to a tram. The tram could no longer stop in time and a collision occurred.

The tram hit the passenger side of the car, which was pushed to the side by the violent impact. According to initial information from the fire department, 2 people were slightly injured. One person had to be taken to a hospital.

Both the car and the tram were damaged. The Golf had to be rescued by firefighters. She was on site with 20 emergency services.
