Rico Verhoeven has landed a role in the second part of the action film Road House. The 36-year-old kickboxer considers it ‘an honor’ that he can star in the new film. “So happy and grateful to be part of this,” Verhoeven said, according to Algemeen Dagblad.
Verhoeven previously said that he would like to continue acting in the future. “I can say that I have found a new passion,” the kickboxer told it A.D. Verhoeven played in Den of Thieves: Pantera and Black Lotus, among others.
Road House is a martial arts film from the 1980s that will be released in 2024 remake got. The leading role is played by American actor Jake Gyllenhaal. It is not yet known when the second part of Road House will be released.
