Rheinmetall shares benefit: Rheinmetall receives order for Fuchs production abroad

Rheinmetall has received an order to supply kits for the production of the Fuchs wheeled tank abroad.

An “international partner” placed the order worth a three-digit million euro amount to the DAX-listed group, as Rheinmetall announced. The kits and conversion kits are scheduled to be delivered between 2024 and 2028. The order was already booked by the Düsseldorf group in December. Rheinmetall did not name the client.

The production facility in the partner country has recorded an increase in value added in recent years as well as investments to ensure machining, welding and surface treatment steps, the statement continues. “The strategic and long-standing partnership is entering a new, promising phase, which also includes the possibility of future export of Fuchs 2 vehicles from the partner country,” said Rheinmetall.

Via XETRA, Rheinmetall shares temporarily rose by 2.43 percent to 324.70 euros.
