Eurozone retail sales rose less than expected in November.
In a month-on-month comparison, revenues increased by 0.1 percent, as the European statistics office Eurostat announced on Thursday in Luxembourg. Economists had expected an average increase of 0.3 percent. In October, sales fell by 0.3 percent.
Compared to the same month last year, retail sales increased by 1.2 percent in November. An increase of 1.7 percent was expected here. (dpa)
