The Dutch public sector squeaks and creaks. In eight years there are expected 425,000 vacancies at the government, care and in education. Attracting extra people is actually not an option, because the labor market is already tight. The solution must be sought in artificial intelligence, concludes consultancy firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in a report.
