Research SCP: More hours and faster permanent contract by tight labor market

Employers currently offer employees a permanent contract for more hours and faster to combat the shortage on the labor market, notes the Social and Cultural Planning Office (SCP). According to the government’s adviser, that should mean a chance for both groups: fewer deficits for employers and better employment conditions for employees.
