Amsterdam – The online range of student rooms has only fallen slightly, but the prices are considerably higher. On average, the rent of a room in the Dutch student cities last quarter was € 705 per month. In Amsterdam, the rents of newly offered rooms remained almost the same, elsewhere they jumped up to 17%.
