RENK’s US subsidiary can look back on a strong year: the specialist for military mobility solutions’ order intake has already reached a new record.

• RENK America reports record high order intake for 2025
• Important contribution to RENK’s global success
• United States Army and allies trust RENK mobility and propulsion systems

The US subsidiary of the German defense company RENK has reported a new record for incoming orders for 2025 – even though the year only ends in a few weeks. RENK America, which operates as a supplier of military mobility solutions, has received more than $500 million in new orders since the beginning of the year, as the company announced in a press release. “This represents a record milestone for the company and makes a significant contribution to the global success of the RENK Group,” it says.

Trust of the armed forces as a growth driver

The new record comes just a few months after RENK America reported contracts worth more than $150 million – including deliveries of HMPT gearboxes for platforms such as the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) and the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), as well as other artillery and ammunition vehicles.

According to the press release, the overwhelming order intake reflects the continued confidence of the United States Army and its allies in RENK’s mobility and propulsion systems – particularly transmissions, engines and power packs for armored vehicles. This success is based on high standards of quality and reliability: At a time when countries around the world are expanding their defense capacities, RENK is positioning itself as a reliable partner for mission-critical technologies, the company continued.

Important success for RENK’s global growth strategy

RENK America’s success fits into RENK’s global growth strategy. Just last week, the group revised its medium-term sales forecast upwards: by 2030, sales are expected to more than double to between 2.8 and 3.2 billion euros, and the share of the defense business is expected to rise to around 90 percent.

The US subsidiary is making a significant contribution to these objectives with incoming orders worth half a billion US dollars. At the same time, this success underlines how strong the demand for military mobility solutions currently is worldwide – and how RENK can benefit from it.

This is how the shares of RENK, Rheinmetall and HENSOLDT react

The shares of competitors Rheinmetall and HENSOLDT are showing positive results: Rheinmetall shares temporarily rose by 1.1 percent to 1,512.00 euros via XETRA, while HENSOLDT shares temporarily rose by 0.87 percent to 69.60 euros.
