René Casselly keeps his chance for the “Ninja Triple”

Last December, René Casselly crowned himself the first Ninja Warrior Germany with his triumph on Mount Midoriyama. This year, the 25-year-old, who has also won the Ninja Warrior Team, wants to win the Allstars edition and secure the “triple”.

The start of this project has been made. After Casselly was able to beat Enrico Meister in the first round, he also eliminated Jescher Heidl on stage two.

At the Power Tower, the Ninja Warrior Germany finally had to deal with the veteran Giovanni Ertl. Both opponents showed a strong performance and fought an exciting duel. In the end it was Casselly who was able to prevail delicately and thus secured the final ticket.

His cousin Jonny Casselly, on the other hand, narrowly missed out on Stefan Angermeier in the first round.

These ninjas are in the grand finale

Meanwhile, Dominique Karlin grabbed the 5,000 euros for the fastest preliminary round. Like René Casselly, the Swiss qualified for the final. Karlin defeated Siegfried Sperlich at the Power Tower.

Rene Sperlich, on the other hand, beat Georgi Damyanov. In the fourth Power Tower duel, Leonardo Calderon had the upper hand against Stefan Angermeier.

The defeated Angermeier was nevertheless “completely satisfied” with his performance. Calderon explained that the characteristics of the Power Tower would suit him.

What did the stages look like?

The first round started with the arrow jump. Via the swinging spoke with a pendulum trunk, we went on to the hanging baskets. Those who also mastered the chaos balls and the ring hunt found themselves in front of the wall at the end.

The second stage started with the surfboards before the springs followed. The necessary strength in the upper arms was required for the Hangel Mikado. The last obstacles were the grid and the chimney.

At the end of the broadcast, the notorious Power Tower decided on the allocation of the four final tickets.
