The group’s financial director works in the transition phase together with President Senard
While the search for Luca De Meo’s successor continues, the Renault group appoints the financial director Duncan Minto. The appointment becomes operational from 15 July 2025 according to what was decided by the Group’s Board of Directors. De Meo has left the guidance of the lozenge to lead the luxury Kering group.

Duncan Minto will be responsible for the daily management of the company alongside Jean-Dominiique Senard who will perform the functions of President of Renault Sas, the group’s operating company, during this period. Entering the group in 1997, Minto boasts a solid experience in finance and a profound knowledge of the challenges to face. Since last March he has become financial director. The selection process of the new Renault CEO is already well started under the supervision of the governance committee and wages of the Board of Directors. Renault Group will publish the half -yearly results on July 31st.
