For municipalities that have not yet submitted their Image of the Implementation for 2021, it is recalled that the form must have been received by the ministry before 1 March 2022 in the designated post box. The requested financial information concerns the provisional realization figures for 2021 and does not require an auditor’s report.
Every municipality has received a letter containing a unique code, which must be used when filling in the Form of the Image of the Implementation 2021. For filling in the form of the Image of the Implementation 2021, a recent version of the Adobe Reader required. After completing and signing the form, the municipality sends the form to the ministry via a standard mail program, such as Microsoft Outlook.
The form is available on this site under ‘Financing Participation Act’.
If the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment has not received the 2021 Implementation Review before March 1, 2022, the payment of the monthly advances under the Participation Act to the municipality will in principle be suspended. This can only be deviated from if a postponement of submission has been granted, if there is force majeure, or if the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment has received the 2021 Implementation Image correctly and completely at the time of the decision on suspension of payment.
