Remarkable advice in the Netherlands: Get 70 euros per adult for emergency situations

The Dutch receive the urgent advice to keep 70 euros per adult and 30 euros per child cash, in case digital payment transactions suddenly stopped. According to the Social Consultation Payment Traffic (MOC), that amount is sufficient to bridge three days. This association includes the Dutch Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance, Banks and Consumer Organizations.
