Relief in Arnhem after important advice: return of Vitesse’s professional license was justified

An important legal milestone for Vitesse in the battle with the KNVB. In his opinion, the Advocate General at the Supreme Court advised the Supreme Court to leave the judgment of the Arnhem Court of Appeal intact. In September, the Court of Appeal decided to suspend the withdrawal of the license by the KNVB, allowing Vitesse to still participate in the competition.
