Emergency services rescued a visitor from the recreational lake Het Hulsbeek near Oldenzaal from the water on Sunday afternoon. Attempts at resuscitation were no longer successful; the person has died. The police assume a natural death. “This is not a drowning, but a fatal accident,” the police explains.
