Jessica Schilder has broken the Dutch record shot put a few times during the FBK Games. The Volendam shot in Hengelo to a distance of 19.17 meters. She thus improves her own Dutch record.
In the six punches that Schilder made, she crossed the magical 19 meter mark four times. Her personal best was 18.89 meters and in the first attempt she immediately crossed it: 19.06. During the fourth attempt she came to 19.17 and thus sets a new Dutch record.

Lieke Klaver finished second in the 400 meters during the FBK Games. The 22-year-old athlete from Enkhuizen had to leave the victory to Cuban Roxana Gómez in an exciting final phase.

Clover opened quickly from lane five as usual. Of all athletes, Klaver had the best papers for the victory, because with her 50.90 seconds she had run the fastest time of the entire field this season. Clover took the lead after coming out of the last corner, but Gómez came alongside and raced to victory in 51.18 seconds.
