RECONSTRUCTION. Lots of ranting for the Liberal party leadership, but how did the private discussion proceed?

After the storm of criticism, only party members of good will moved to the party board. There, newcomer Paul Van Tigchelt experienced the debates. At the end Van Tigchelt did intervene, but he was also trapped for the first time. But the so-called ‘G4’, which also includes Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, did receive a lot of criticism: important matters are decided too often in a limited circle. Afterwards, chairman Tom Ongena promised improvements, but several attendees warned: “The criticism will not go away, it will keep coming.”
