The number of sales was on all coastal municipalities, with De Panne (+29.4 percent) and Zeebrugge (+24.5 percent) as outliers. Half of the buyers were people over 50. And just under 90 percent came from Flanders.
With regard to prices, a decrease was established. The average price for an apartment clocked at 306,813 euros, 7.6 percent less than the annual average of 2024. The prices vary from an average of 198,445 euros in Westende up to 696,405 euros in Knokke-Heist. For an apartment on the dike, an average of 370,683 euros was counted (-13.2 percent).
