The municipality of Emmen has the Drenthe scoop in these elections. The votes have been counted and the PVV emerges as the winner. The party has almost 30 percent of the votes, but is 7 percent compared to the previous elections. Big winners in Emmen are CDA (+8.8), D66 (+7), JA21 (+5.2) and FVD (+4.7).
