RB Leipzig has to temporarily do without Antonio Nusa. The 19-year-old is expected to fail with a knee injury until the end of March. This was announced by the Bundesliga club on Wednesday. Nusa was replaced in the 2-0 against FC St. Pauli in the 73rd minute.
“We keep our fingers crossed for Antonio that he quickly gets back on his feet. For us, his injury is of course a setback, so far he has played a strong first season for RB Leipzig. We will do everything we can to compensate for the current failures as a group, ”said sports director Marcel Schäfer.
Nusa switched from FC Bruges to the Red Bulls last summer for 21 million euros and has since contributed five goals and seven templates in 32 missions. Its market value climbed from 15 million to EUR 28 million.
