According to the RMI, it is exceptionally dry for the time of the year. Since 1 March, there was barely 30.5 millimeters of precipitation in Uccle, while it is normally around 136 millimeters. This makes spring so far the driest in 132 years. Also in West Flanders the rain has been waiting for weeks.
