Iris van Lunenburg, expert in Shownieuws, finds it incredible that Rachel Hazes is starting a whole lawsuit for relatively innocent juice by Yvonne Coldeweijer. “Overdone!”
Yvonne Coldeweijer states that Rachel Hazes has a fight with her son André Hazes jr., because he would suspect her of having leaked his farewell letter to Sarah van Soelen. One thing is certain: since the leak of that letter, André and Rachel have not been seen together and they have no contact with each other via the socials.
Judge harassment
Rachel is now starting a whole lawsuit about this relatively innocent juice. She wants Yvonne to take down the video in which she makes her claims, but the juice queen says she has enough clues. Moreover, she says: if Rachel does not want people to think that she has a fight with André, then he can just explain it?
That lawsuit is really exaggerated, says show connoisseur Iris van Lunenburg. “It is of course not nice, is it, to see a video in which you are called a narcissist or for other things, but is this really something where you have to harass the entire judiciary and the entire system?” she says in Shownieuws .
Overdone
According to Iris, Rachel really makes it too big. “Couldn’t you rather think: well, I don’t agree with it, but you know what: let it go, then it will blow over faster. To go all the way to court and bother lawyers with it… I think: isn’t it a bit of an overreaction to do it like that?”
Colleague Bart Ettekoven agrees. “If you think it’s that bad and want to prove the opposite, then you don’t have to go to court and you can also post a video on Instagram that you’re sitting together under the Christmas tree and then it’s out of the world. André does not stand up for his mother in this whole story. He could have made a statement otherwise.”
Big risk
Celebrities photographer William Rutten thinks Rachel is risky. “Yvonne is not one to bluff easily. Well, I hope you’ve got your act together before you say, “I’m going to deal with her.” It’s a risk you take.”

Suicide attempt
Private boss Evert Santegoeds points out in his podcast that Rachel also once started a lawsuit against him, because he claimed in Private that she had attempted suicide. She denied that, but that also turned out to be a lie. Years later, she started to talk about it openly in the media.
If Yvonne backfires with the judge, according to Evert, that does not mean that she is not right. “I then chose not to disclose any sources. In that case, a correction would be preferable.”
