Queen Margaret of Denmark, 82, had back surgery. The operation was performed on him in February.

The Queen has recovered peacefully. He even skipped the traditional Easter celebration in Aarhus and rested in Copenhagen.

It was originally assumed that the Queen would pat herself on the back in private until at least April 16. At that time, he was celebrating his birthday. Margareeta turns 83.

However, the queen has already appeared in public. On Wednesday, he greeted the torchlight procession from the balcony of Fredensborg Castle.
