President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a number of documents relating to the DPR with the LPR and Azerbaijan.
Thus, the head of state signed a law on the ratification of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance with the DPR. The State Duma and the Federation Council unanimously ratified this decision earlier.
Also, the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan signed a declaration on allied interaction between countries. The states intend to deepen military cooperation.
