Putin has nuclear-capable super missile tested

For 56 days, Kremlin despot Vladimir Putin (69) and his troops have been waging a devastating war in Ukraine. A few days after Russian troops launched their major offensive in eastern Ukraine, Putin had a new nuclear-capable missile tested.

► According to Russian information, the weapon is the new “Sarmat” type ICBM (NATO code name: SS-X-30 Satan 2).

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the missile will massively strengthen Russia’s nuclear potential. No previously known rocket can reach targets at such a distance as this one, it was officially said from Russia. The Sarmat has a range of 18,000 kilometers. This would allow Russia to attack both the North and South Poles and reach targets around the world.

Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin (69), who oversaw the missile test, said that there would be nothing in the world that could match the missile for a long time. The weapon system has “the best tactical and technical properties and is able to overcome all modern means of missile defense,” said the dictator.

“This is a truly unique weapon that will increase the combat potential of our armed forces and reliably protect Russia’s security from external threats.” The missile should “make the enemies of the Kremlin think”.

The missile was launched from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region on Wednesday afternoon, the Defense Ministry said. The non-nuclear warheads used for the test hit the Kura site on the far eastern Kamchatka Peninsula.

Russia put its nuclear weapons on increased alert eight weeks ago at the start of its war in Ukraine. The announcement was taken as a threat to the country’s nuclear arsenal.

According to the US Department of Defense, Russia has given the US advance notice of the test of an ICBM. “Such tests are routine and they came as no surprise,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said in Washington on Wednesday. The test is not seen as a threat to the United States or its allies.
