Minna Koskela, who started in Salkkar, will also be seen next year in Thank God, sä tulit! – in the sketch series.

The actress Minna Koskela will be seen on television next year, doubling up. In hidden lives Koskela, who started last year, aims to start in January Thank God, you came! – sketch show.

Koskela says that a busy autumn is behind us.

– I was terribly excited about this program. It involves improvisation and there were a lot of new co-stars and people I have not worked with before, Koskela describes Thank God, you came! – news program.

Koskela is one of the show’s six regular actors, in addition to which several guest stars are seen in each episode. Regular actors act in sketches according to the script, but visitors who are unaware of the situation have to resort to improvisation.

Koskela says that he was especially surprised by the performances of guests who are not actors by profession. Koskela mentions musicians as examples by Robin Packalén and a social media influencer Joona Hellmaninwith whom he got to act in sketches.

– I was surprised how relaxed they could be in those situations. They put themselves on the line. I was really proud and taken by their skills and warm personality, praises Koskela.

The superhero comedians, like Santtu Karvonen, Ylermi Rajamaa and Paula Noronenon the other hand, according to Koskela, were such good improvisers that Koskela didn’t have Pokka to stay.

Encounters in the store

During the busy autumn, Koskela has consciously tried to pay attention to adequate rest. The actor spends his free time jogging with his dog and seeing his loved ones.

In the past, Koskela has been used to, for example, working in the theater in the evenings. With the locksmiths, the actor has had to change his rhythm, because he has to be at the studio by seven in the morning. A long commute means that the alarm clock rings at five in the morning.

In hidden lives Koskela’s Isa character was shown on the screen for the first time in the closing episode of the spring season. With the episodes seen on television in the fall, the character has become familiar to viewers.

Koskela has been able to notice this in his free time as well. Many recognize him through the series.

– I mostly hear comments in the store. A few times it has been shouted that “bring that Ismo under control”, says Koskela.

Ismo means Ismo Laitela, Esko Koveron the beloved Salkkarit character and the sweetheart of Koskela’s Iisa character.

So far, fortunately, the encounters have been positive. The viewers have given beautiful comments and wanted to stay and talk about the series for a long time.

– It has been great to notice that Salkkarit is clearly an important program for them, Koskela thinks.

Encrypted Lives plays on Finns’ television receivers up to four days a week. Koskela thinks that, as a result, the viewers will also find the series Actors close to them and approachable.

– People come to the store to chat as if they were peers. They don’t treat me like I’m some distant TV person, they talk almost like we know each other.

Koskela sees a clear difference in this from years ago, when his face became familiar to Finns Which one? – series Elluna. Koskela describes Ellu and Heli Sutelan played by Anne as “railaka menomimmes”.

– Iisa is clearly more approachable, Koskela reflects.
