The Pure & Crafted Festival “celebrates with the triad of music, motorcycles and new heritage” on July 1, 2022 “classic indie culture” in the summer garden of Messe Berlin. In the midst of custom motorcycles, fashion and accessories from “James Dean coolness” and a motodrome for motorcycle acrobatics, the Pure & Crafted acts such as Pixies, Nothing But Thieves, Altin Gün and The Vaccines present. The line up will be increased shortly.
With “guitar music, custom motorcycles and traditionally manufactured clothing”, the Pure & Crafted stands for the “return to traditional values”. According to the press release, the name of the festival ties in with the attributes “handmade, unadulterated and indestructible” that the event stands for.
The festival offers countless attractions for visitors with a main stage, a custom exhibitor area, the general store as well as a cinema hall, food trucks and small music stages.
In the “Wheels Area” you will find “the stars of the custom scene” who deal with the conversion of motorcycles. At the exhibition of their “latest gems”, the makers behind “Kingston Customs”, “Renard Speedshop” or “WalzWerk” are present themselves and “always available for a shop talk”.
The “General Store” is located in the “splendid summer garden building from the 1950s”. Fashion and accessories for sale there “combine material authenticity and James Dean coolness into a timeless look”. Exhibitors such as “Bad & Bold”, “SA1NT” and “Blundstone” have already been announced.
The motorcycle acrobats around Donald Ganslmeier are supposed to provide the “ultimate thrill”. You will “laugh at gravity” on the steep face of the Motodrom.
Even though Pure & Crafted 2022 only lasts one day, some elements of the event will remain for two more days. The festival merges directly into the “BMW Motorrad Days”. From July 2nd to 3rd you can “immerse yourself deeply in the world of BMW motorcycle enthusiasts”. The General Store, Wheels Area and the Motodrom will remain open during this time.
