PSG sign RB Leipzig’s Nordi Mukiele

It was hinted at for a long time, now it’s fixed: Nordi Mukiele is leaving RB Leipzig after four years and moving back to France.

Right-back Nordi Mukiele will play for Paris Saint-Germain in the future. His previous club, RB Leipzig, announced the Frenchman’s move on Tuesday. PSG also confirmed the transfer. Mukiele will receive a five-year contract in the French capital. Neither club gave any information about the transfer fee. According to media reports, 15 million euros are in the room. The 24-year-old came to Leipzig from SC Montpellier in 2018 for around 16 million euros.

At RB, the right-back played 145 games and scored ten goals. His contract would have expired next year, and Mukiele is said to have refused to extend the contract. Manchester United and AS Monaco were also interested in the France international.
