Paris Saint-Germain will have to do without an important key player in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final clash at FC Bayern. As the defending champion announced, Achraf Hakimi (27) suffered an injury to his right thigh in a duel with Konrad Laimer in the 5-4 first leg in Paris.
The Moroccan will not be able to play in the coming weeks, PSG said. The right-back also suffered an injury (sprained ankle) in the 1-2 defeat against Bayern in the league phase. The second leg will take place on Wednesday (9 p.m./DAZN) next week in Munich.
Substitute goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier will also not be there. According to PSG, the 24-year-old also sustained a thigh injury during training on Wednesday morning and will be out for several weeks.
