Haarlem – The websites of multiple provinces and municipalities are not available on Monday. It is a DDOS attack claimed by the Pro-Russian Hackers group Noname, a spokesperson for the province of Noord-Holland reports. With such an attack, so much internet traffic is sent to a server that it becomes overloaded.
