Protests against military operations in Ukraine began in Russian cities

On Pushkin Square in Moscow, arrests began at an uncoordinated anti-war rally, RBC correspondent reports. At least 20 people were detained.

The police are asking the crowd to disperse through loudspeakers.

Protesters are also detained in Yekaterinburg, informed Znak.com. According to the publication, nine people were detained at the rally, and later one was released.

Detentions also began at an anti-war rally in St. Petersburg, informed “Fontanka”. According to the newspaper, people who unfurl anti-war posters are detained, ten detainees were sent to paddy wagons.
